Paninix Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Artlyx mobile application ("the App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

Information We Collect

Artlyx does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Location information
• Contacts
• Messages
• Photos or media
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics
• Financial information

The App does not require users to create an account or provide any personal information.

Permissions

Artlyx requests the following Android permissions solely to provide its wallpaper-related features and app functionality:

• INTERNET
  Used to download wallpapers, load online content, and communicate with services required for the App's functionality.
• SET_WALLPAPER
  Allows the App to apply wallpapers directly to your device when you choose to do so.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)
  Allows the App to access wallpapers and images that you choose to use within the App.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
  Used on older Android versions to access wallpapers and images stored on your device.
• MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
  Used to save downloaded wallpapers to the device and manage wallpaper files. The App only accesses files necessary for its wallpaper functionality.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+)
  Allows the App to send optional notifications, such as download status, important updates, or new wallpaper releases. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
• WRITE_SETTINGS
  Required on certain Android devices to support wallpaper-related system functionality. The App does not modify unrelated system settings.
• Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)
  Used by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide and measure advertisements. This identifier is managed by Google Play services and can be reset or disabled through your device's privacy settings.

Artlyx only requests these permissions to provide its intended functionality. The App does not collect, sell, or share your personal information.

Data Sharing

Artlyx does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data to third parties because the App does not collect user data.

Third-Party Services

Artlyx uses certain third-party services to provide core functionality, including:

• Google Play Services
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare Workers for wallpaper delivery

These services may process limited technical information, such as device identifiers, IP addresses, or the Android Advertising ID, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Paninix Studio does not receive or store personal information from these services beyond what is necessary for the App to function.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal information, no children's personal data is collected or stored.

Data Security

Because Artlyx does not collect or store personal information, no personal user data is maintained on our servers.
